I wouldn't go that far... more like a Torrey Smith to me
I could see that.
But probably better with the ball in his hands.
They have Zach Mettenberger going right after us. That mock is terrible lol. C.J. Mosley may be in play now that Lovie is here. Trade down, pick up some extra picks. Take him and our LBer core is complete and would be nasty for years to come.
Another DE from Clemson? No thanks. 2 busts from Clemson are enough. Ugh.
I'm rather pick up Barr (if available), a QB if there is one the coaches love, or OT in the first. I think a receiver like Robinson from Penn State will be a good pick up in the 2nd. He has size, speed, does well in the slot and on screens, but can also move outside when VJax gets older.
I'm not sure I'd go WR that high either but at the top of r2 I think is a spot because I don't trust the WR's we have all that much ina non-chuck and pray sort of offense. I'd love to see Jordan Matthews at the top of R2 for us. Really like his game.
It all depends on who is there in the first. If we can get Matthews in the first and the other Matthews in the second I would be happy (assuming a FA DE), but I would also be good with Watkins in the 1st and an OG in the second. Picking 7th we aren't in the driver's seat but can still get some talent.
Jordan Matthews being Jerry Rice's cousin doesn't hurt either.

blech. i like Moseley as a player but i will be very unhappy if we draft a LB. we need DEs, TEs, OTs, OGs, and WRs before we need to even think about a LB
I see Watkins and I see a yac WR who can actually take a slant to the house, and would be ideal on wr screens and maybe even in the backfield. Sort of a Harvin type.

I disagree that we need a TE that early. I think Wright showed enough to warrant us not selecting one till later in the draft or picking someone up in FA. If Khalil Mack is there, he would be my first choice. Then Anthony Barr. Lucky for us at #7 we should be able to get a position we actually need.

Jerry Rice is the man. also, I will look up more info on Jordan, not sure what his game is like.

It will come down to talent. Wright deserves to have a role, but if Ebron or Amaro becomes the next Jimmy Graham/Vernon Davis, you pick him.

I might be able to see Barr or Mack as some sort of hybrid LB/DE hybrid. But yeah, while I can see the appeal of drafting Mosley and kicking Foster out to SSLB, I just don't think that Mosley would be exceptional value over the other players who might be available and address far more critical needs.
Is he a route runner or another bigger, better version of MW19 - a body control "catcher"? We need someone who can be a bit more precise in what he's doing.
He is more route runner than big target guy. FRG stated a more explosive version of Roddy White and I think thats a good comparison. He is a guy who would start in the slot on day 1 and then take over at #1 for VJax in a couple years when he is done. I would love the pick even though I would rather land Clowney/Mack/Barr.

Only problem is he can't become the next Jimmy Graham/Vernon Davis before the draft. But I do agree, Wright was very good, but it can't hurt to find a 2nd TE or even a1st TE and let Wright be the 2nd.

thissome people act like having 2 Dangerous TEs is a problem. Tedford seems to utilize a short to intermediate quick passing game which suits TEs if they can catchput it this way. a dangerous TE is much more valuable than a MLB. a TE can change the game more than a linebacker will
Unless that linebacker is Lawrence Taylor, Patrick Willis, Derrick Johnson, Ray Lewis.... you get my point. We won't know until a decision has already been made. I wish I had a time machine to go back and warn the Bucs against their stupid draft picks.
