here, I will let a Bucs coach answer
Bwahahahaha!
Now laughter is so much better than this:
If the point of this is to highlight how little you know and/or how big of a pussy you are, we are in agreement. Otherwise, try attacking the task at hand.
Don't worry. Everybody here knows you don’t have chops to back up your stance that Atlanta, Houston, and now Indy is the better, more talented team. You simply don’t have the required football acumen to complete the task or the required shame to admit it. Instead, you shamelessly bump your ignorance and cowardice.
progress!
By the way, the differences between Godwin and Evans are not something new. They were viewed differently pre-draft and Arians really drove that home with the way he used Godwin
NOTHING I POSTED WAS CONTROVERSIAL
You're right. It wasn't controversial.
You posted your usual "coach speak". One from a HC who, two months ago, claimed that Devin White was the...checks notes...SECOND best player on our defense.
I posted facts, based on actual numbers/metrics/results.
So, there's that.
Speaking of Evans against Zone...
He's actually graded out better in zone coverage vs. man coverage (per PFF) this season.
And, not surprisingly, he's graded out SIGNIFICANTLY better than he did last year against Zone Coverage (83.3 this season vs. 72.6 last season). He's doubled his TD output vs. last year against zone (with a handful of games still to play) and is on pace to beat the yardage produced as well. On top of this, his YPC are nearly 3 yards more.
It's as if...wait for it...a new scheme has been implemented that has...wait for it again...zone beaters (as well as man beaters).
Lastly, the route-type variances are noticeably different this year for Evans. More comebacks, digs, etc. and other variants that essentially have him "sitting down" and "finding a hole" in zone.
And, wouldn't you know it? His production backs it up.
I mean, this info is readily accessible with a few clicks of a mouse. But, by all means, it's certainly not as credible as a clip from a Todd Bowles presser.

you know what must NOT be "readily accessible with a few clicks of a mouse?"
DH, you are a big PFF guy AND you only post facts you can back up so is Evans in the top 10 receivers this year against zone?
maybe tell is the top 10?
The answer to that question. Weird, huh? Some might say BIGGLY weird
I don't even know the answer but I am guessing there is a reason you IGNORED that easy question in favor of your response . . THAT even mentioned PFF
remember, you're not being argumentative here . . you're just . . well . . not responding directly . . :-)

DH, Id like to think you're not Biggs . .. but here you are using the same phrase "coach speak" and even claiming you "posted facts" that were "based on actual numbers/metrics/results" but IGNORING a simple list of "actual number/metrics/results" that you were asked for (PFF ranking of receivers versus zone) while even referencing PFF in a response that avoided that question:

I dont' even know the answer
BUT I GUESS . . . just a guess . . you probably dont ever post it here . .and instead . . . out comes the name calling
(my point was only that the are both great but different. seems impossible to disagree with . . but here we are . . because one of us is. . . well . . argumentative)
Evans is ranked #12 versus man and...well would you look at that...#11 vs zone.
Your "Zone Beater" Godwin is ranked #17th vs zone.
Weird...
As I posted above . . . Godwins ROLE in the offense (especially in Arians offense before) was that of the ZONE BEATER
You got the link, right?
(it took several posts to get you to post the answer -- still no link -- and with a twist (comparing Godwin when my comment about Evans was why he is not a true #1) . . .and yet you are NOT the argumentative one?)
Evans is ranked #12 versus man and...well would you look at that...#11 vs zone.
this was my very offensive comment
Mike Evans is the Bucs #1 receiver for sure, but theres a pretty easy argument that he's not really a true #1 if by that its meant that he is the CONDUIT for the offense.
Thats not a knock on Evans and if anything is at least partly reflection of the prevalence of zone defenses. Huge fan of Mike, but he's probably not in the top 10 against zones (Hill, Jefferson, Adams) but thats just a guess.
TRUTH is apparently offensive
(nice guess HUH? . . . oh . . wait . . argumentative guess?)
DH . . thank for FINALLY posting the "facts" . . to prove me right.
Tell your boy Buggsy I accept his apology
You got the link, right?
Which link are you referring to, Java?
Sorry, I'm simply not as fast as your drunken string posting rate you're known for.
And, admittedly, it's difficult to keep up with how frequent you move the goal posts.
But, out of curiosity. What exactly does this mean...
Godwins ROLE in the offense (especially in Arians offense before) was that of the ZONE BEATER
Again...what EXACTLY does that mean?
Let's see if you can go a few posts without mentioning politics or your weird sexual infatuation with Buggsy.
And, while you're feverishly searching away on the interwebs, please remember that I want YOUR meaning.
Not some random coach quote that you googled.
drunken string
mentioning politics or your weird sexual infatuation with Buggsy.
out comes the name calling
Predicatble
Its because you dont want to deal with the reality that you just "backed up with facts" the entire point I was making in the thread initially which (again) was . . .

thats why you reverted to the name calling
