Here are some UFA players I would like to see come to the Bucs next year.  Not the biggest names but some players that would come in and improve the team at some positions where upgrades will be needed.  Jason Licht has said that the team will be active and it would be great to sign a player like Devon MacCourty or Brian Orakpo but here is my list of some guys who may be available without breaking the bank.  1) DT Stephen Paea - UFA Chicago Bears - Age 26 Drafted by the Bears in the second round in the 2011 NFL Draft.  Paea's claim to fame is his impressive 49 reps at 225 at the NFL Combine.  He is coming off the best year of his career with 6 sacks and has been a starter in a similar defense for the past three seasons.  He is a bit undersized for DT but fits well as a 3-tech in the 4-3 and therefore should not draw a lot of interest from competing teams who run different defensive schemes.  http://www.nfl.com/player/stephenpaea/2495210/profile 2)  OLB Sean Weatherspoon - UFA Atlanta Falcons - Age 27 Weatherspoon is a boom or bust free agent signing.  He has played well when he has been healthy and could be considered one of the best 4-3 OLBs in the NFL if he returns to form after tearing his achilles last season. It is not known at this time whether the Falcons will be returning to a 4-3 scheme next season but Weatherspoon did not seem to fit the change to 3-4 that the Falcons made. The combination of a new head coach and his injury from last season makes him a player I think the Bucs should target with a prove it contract and could be a missing puzzle piece of a Super Bowl caliber defense. His achillies injury happened in June so he should be ready to go for 2015. http://www.nfl.com/player/seanweatherspoon/496963/profile 3) OG Clint Boling - UFA Cincinnati Bengals - Age 25 A three year starter for the Bengals since being drafted in the 4th round back in 2011.  At 6"5 310 lbs Boling seems to have the body type that the Bucs are looking for for their zone blocking scheme (as apposed to UFA Mike Iupati from the 49ers who is a man to man power scheme).  Boling has been a solid player since joining the Bengals and started every game for them in 2014.  http://www.nfl.com/player/clintboling/2495123/profile 4)  C Stefen Wisniewski - UFA Oakland Raiders - Age 25Wisniewski has been a bright spot of the Raiders since being drafted in round 2 of the 2011 NFL Draft.  He has been a consistent contributor only missing three games in his career and comes from an NFL family.  This is a player that would be an upgrade to EDS and Jason Licht has said that one thing he learned from his time under Bill Belicheck is to admit mistakes made in free agency and move on from them as quickly as possible.  Wisniewski will be a coveted player if he is allowed to hit the open market. http://www.nfl.com/player/stefenwisniewski/2495250/profile 5) MLB Andrew Gachkar - UFA San Diego Chargers - Age 26Gachkar has been a productive role player for the Chargers for the past four years and looked good when given the opportunity to start in 2014.  Not a household name by any means but will produce on special teams and as a reserve MLB.  A better, smaller market version of Dane Fletcher who may be available for a reasonable contract.  http://www.chargers.com/team/roster/Andrew-Gachkar/230d1067-d9d5-4402-b226-e1cdaf453e89 Thanks for the read.
