A favorite quote I first read was spoken by a softball coach from Alabama. Patrick Murphy. (I do not know who originally stated the thought) but Patrick Murphy said it best. The reason I'm quoting it is from Dirk Koetter in the press conference he had today. At the tail end.

"I go back to his training with his father and Jimbo Fisher", Dirk Stated. (In regards to him not wanting to yell at QBs on gameday, but Jameis comes to him saying you have to coach me harder)

I picked up on this, and many people fail to understand why some individuals rise... it's about the foundation. Jameis has the correct upbringing that leads to him being one of the best to play (up to this point in his young career)... It doesn't happen overnight... Coaches coach and players play... but the great ones understand this early on.

My confidence as a Bucs fan has never been higher in a QB.
