I am not sure what the front office has for a Jameis Winston development plan, but at this point it's clear WR is a significant need for this team. Vjax is done as a buccaneer. Not only do Bucs need to draft WR talent in 2017, they need to trade for talent NOW. Relying on oft injured D.Dye, Cecil Shorts, Louis Murphy is completely foolish. Licht needs to get on the phone and make a move, as he has often said: "no risk it, no biscuit."
