This offseason Licht has gone out of his way to sign hard-nosed players that were late round picks and worked their asses off and carved out roles for themselves in this league (unrien, jensen, allen) I think the bucs continue to do this.

RB is a concern but I for one loved watching barber tote the rock last year, the man is a dog. With a patch work line (no ali no dot) Barber willed himself to big games in a cloud of dust.
Benenoch also played very well as the RG when band-aid sweezy finally went down. He has been developing for a couple seasons now and this team needs to give him a position and throw him in the fire. There is no point continuing to keep a player to "develop" with no intention of playing them.
Ryan Smith took his lumps last year and grew as a player, I think that he will reward this team for their commitment to him.
If "the big 3" are gone.
RD1 Derwin James
RD2 Jaire Alexander (to compete with smith no more handing people jobs)
RD4 Nyhiem Hines (the lightning to barbers thunder)

RD6 Poona Ford (to Battle with Stevie T)
RD6 Dimitri Flowers (to Battle Alan Cross)
Rd7 Receiver (to challenge bobo)
