With the second pick, he will stab at a running back or safety, again failing to address the issues that will hold this team back again. Runner because he will reach. Safety because Ward is gone. Tandy clearly is a backup for life, and Conte is a poor man’s Wansley.
Third pick? Whatever heavy defensive end there is available. A slow twitch, gap filling, edge setting beast. Something again, the Bucs don’t need nearly as much as pass rush. He’s will address the lack of run stoppers up front. For whatever reason.
Fourth pick. A tackle. Developmental guy, probably a Benenoch part two.
The fifth pick is where he goes for the twitch defensive end. Who weighs 235 pounds.
Sixth pick? A taller corner. But won’t see he field as a corner.
Seventh pick : Some defensive tackle who weighs 350 pounds, has two collegiate sacks, and has quick feet.
