NFC
1. Eagles 10-1
2. 49ers 8-3
3. Lions 8-3
4. Falcons 5-6
5. Cowboys 8-3
6. Seahawks 6-5
7. Vikings 6-6
----------------------
8. Packers 5-6
9. Rams 5-6
10. Saints 5-6
11. Bucs 4-7
Bucs still control their destiny with the NFC teams. 5-0 vs the Panthers, Falcons, Saints and Packers will get them in, regardless of what happens vs Jaguars. But there is no room for error. One loss vs an NFC team and they're basically out. As long as the Bucs win vs Carolina, the game in Atlanta the following week is essentially playoff game, followed by another one next week vs Green Bay. Everyone is pessimistic, and rightfully so, but look at it like the Bucs are in the playoffs and round 1 is this week.
This was my post from the other thread:
WEEK 12
Bucs lose to Colts
Falcons over Saints
-Bucs should be able to beat the Colts but they are way too inconsistent as a team so the 1.5 point favored Colts take it, giving a significant blow to our playoff chances.
-Falcons do their job in beating the Saints, Falcons and Saints sit at 5-6 with Bucs at 4-7
WEEK 13
Bucs over Panthers
Lions over Saints
Jets over Falcons
-What a week for the Bucs. All 3 tied at 5-7
WEEK 14
Bucs over Falcons
Saints over Panthers
-huge road victory for Tampa Bay. Owns tiebreaker in first place at 6-7 with New Orleans. Falcons at 5-8
WEEK 15
Bucs lose to Packers
Saints over Giants
Panthers over Falcons
-Bucs follow up big win with a dud and lose to Green Bay. Saints get big win, falcons in a nose dive. Saints in first at 7-7, Bucs at 6-8
WEEK 16
Bucs lose to Jaguars
Rams over Saints
Falcons over Colts
-Bucs get the help they need from Rams but cant compete with the Jaguars. Saints at 7-8, Bucs and Falcons at 6-9
WEEK 17
Bucs over Saints
Bears over Falcons
-Bucs get huge home victory. We are kings of the mediocre south baby. Bucs in first at 7-9, owning tie breaker over 7-9 Saints
WEEK 18
Saints over Falcons
Bucs lose to Carolina
- in typical Todd Bowles led Bucs fashion, we need a road victory over the 3 win Panthers and we cant do it. Saints take division
New Orleans 8-9
Bucs 7-10
Falcons 6-11
Carolina 4-13
Spot on in week 12. Clearly two weeks ago i thought very little of the Falcons. Probably would adjust them up 2 wins.
Big week next week with falcons
we lose that and playoffs are a no go
Bucs have a shot at the division but they have to beat the Falcons.

Unreal how bad this division is.
Let's assume a Chiefs win over Packers.
After week 13
NFC South

Saints 5-7
6th and 7th Wild Cards
6th. Vikings 6-6
7th - Rams 6-6
8th - Seahawks 6-6
9th - Packers 6-6
10th - Bucs 5-7
WEEK 14
Bucs over Falcons - This is a must for the Bucs to have a shot
Ravens over Rams
Saints over Panthers
Vikings over Raiders
49ers over Seahawks
Packers over Giants
WEEK 15
Vikings over Bengals
Packers over Bucs - a winnable game but i cant see us winning 3 in a row with this coaching staff.
Saints over Giants
Falcons over Panthers
Rams over Redskins
Eagles over Seahawks
WEEK 16
Rams over Saints
Seahawks over Titans
Colts over Falcons
Greenbay over Panthers
Lions over Vikings
Jaguars over Bucs
WEEK 17
Falcons over Bears
Rams over Giants
Bucs over Saints
Seahawks over Pittsburgh
Vikings over Packers
WEEK 18
Seahawks over Arizona
Lions over Vikings
Packers over Bears
Saints over Falcons
49ers over Rams
Panthers over Bucs - a win here and the Bucs win the division but to put a stamp on the Bowles tenure
NFC SOUTH
Falcons 8-9
New Orleans 8-9
Bucs 7-10
WILD CARD
6. Vikings 9-8
7. Packers 9-8
8. Rams 9-8
9. Seahawks 9-8
Updated
1. Eagles 10-2
2. 49ers 9-3
3. Lions 9-3

10. Bucs 5-7
11. Saints 5-7
Everyone is focusing on the division but a wild card is still in play because of head to win over Minnesota and potential head to head over Green Bay. This is actually going to a really good end of the season in terms of teams fighting for spots and those 10-2 and 9-3 teams fighting for seeding. Just hope Bucs win this week to stay in it.
Its a shame that even with the Lawrence injury, I’m still thinking Bucs lose to jaguars
Bucs must win next week in Green Bay. A Bucs loss with a Falcons win over Carolina puts Atlanta up 1.5 with 3 to go.
While it would be nice to win, and yes a win would help us continue to control our destiny, the critical wins are beating the saints and panthers
falcons after the panthers have the colts bears and saints. So we’d need 2 out of those 3 being losses and Bucs would still win division. Entirely possible
that being said, yeah let’s beat the packers so we can control our destiny

This is a playoff game. Making the playoffs without winning this game is nearly impossible.
This is how it looks right now before the Packers game. The Bucs ARE NOT ahead of the Falcons. Record in common games is 4-3 for the Falcons and 3-3 for the Bucs. The media is making the mistake of not including all of the common games.
1. 49ers 10-3
2. Cowboys 10-3

-If the Packers lose tonight the Bucs are the current 7th seed.
-If the Bucs and Falcons win next week the Falcons are 4th and the Bucs 7th if Vikings win and 6th if Vikings lose.

What common games are you counting? How do you have the Falcons with 7 common games and only 6 common games for the Bucs?
I have six common games (Vikes, Saints, Lions, Texans, Titans, & Panthers) for each with Tampa being 4-2 and Atlanta 3-3 against those common opponents.

I actually made the mistake. The 12 common games are Carolina 2x, NO 2x, NFC North, AFC South. Bucs are 5-3, Falcons are 4-4.
