Honestly, I really like the players and our spot in the draft.I'd be very happy with Clowney, Barr, Mack, Watkins, Lee, Bridgewater, Bortles. I wouldn't even be mad about Manziel.
Yeah, I don't see much of a difference between any of the top 15 players in this class other than Bridgewater who looks much better than the rest of the QBs. We're going to have a lot of different options.
If Lovie is the guy...he will pay a Kings Ransom for Clowney

Just saw a recent mock by Matt Miller that had Clowney fall to us. Lots of QBs taken and Atlanta took OT Matthews. Not claiming this as accurate of even good, but it is a possibility. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1906095-2014-nfl-mock-draft-matt-millers-complete-7-round-projections/page/8

Every year people get excited and want to trade up. Sometimes its understandable. This year is definitely not the case. Agreed, this class is at least 12 deep
Manziel, Clowney, Bridgewater, Watkins.Pretty much any other pick is meh in my humble opinion
So that would leave us with what, 2 or 3 total picks in the draft? No thanks.
Is it really not worth an elite Dline tho?
maybe if he was only 25 or so and was healthy and had already proven himself in this league. could just as easily be a bust and for that I wouldn't mortgage 2 1st and our 2nd or whatever it would take to move up for him. for every cant miss prospect Ive heard of about half of them end up being misses.
I don't think a trade up would be required, the way some on the QB's are playing. Although he would never get by Atlanta.
So a trade would be required lmao
Walter Football and Charlie in general are talking out their ass. What exactly do the Bucs have in draft picks to move up 5 spots to get Clowney? The Bucs don't have a 3rd round selection so in order to move up to get Clowney, or any player for that matter at #2, The Bucs would be have to be willing to give up their 2nd round selection also. That is highly unlikely IMO. I would rather go get Jared Allen in Free Agency and keep my picks.
Anyone wanting clowney at this point is picking hype over production.

If 2013 never happened.
If we're trading up it had better be for Manziel
No see we will hire a professional GM not some message board goon. They will know better than to do this. Dear god, he goes all college ball over Duke and people are back on his junk?
Well said
You guys do realize that Clowney was hurt in the 1st game of the season and was never 100% from there on right?
