First of all let me say I’m not making a joke or light of sexual assist! IMO Rape, sexual assault Nd crime against kids are the worst there is.
That being said I raise a question was it, is it sexual assault?
Of course we don’t know what exactly happened. What we do know is and the accuser admits that’s as soon ass she asked him “what’s this all about” he removed his hand.
We don’t know if there was fun, laughing, conversation, flirting before hand or if he just did it out of the blue.
So not knowing that but knowing he removed his hand as soon as she made him aware it is it assult?
He didn’t keep it there. He didn’t try more. He didn’t ask her to let him or ask her for anything. And he didn’t get aggressive. He stopped when she asked him to stop.
So is that still assault? Or just bad judgment or bad assumption that she was ok with it?
I posed the question to both my GF and my sister. They both said 1, if it was a situation where they felt threatened or extremely uncomfortable they would have both have immediately made him get out then call the police.
They also both said if they were talking, laughing and maybe flirting with a guy and he did that they’d think he was a “douche” and full of himself but they wouldn’t call it sexual assault.
I’m on the fence about what the Bucs should do with Winston. IMO I let what happen at FSU be in his past. The police didn’t find enough to charge him. The yelling in the cafeteria was yes stupid and childish but not a crime.
The crab legs was not shop lifting!
And for you that say it was do you know what really happens?? He ordered at the Publix, when went to pay the kid at the register recognizing him told him he didn’t have to pay.
Shop lifting no! Crime no! If anyone committed a crime it was the employee.
I ask what college kid would turn down free crab legs if offered?
Again let me finish by say they question I posed I’m not making light of sexual assault if that’s what happened. But again we don’t know what happened. If he actually did it or not. If so was there flirting that lead him to believe it was ok? Or just out of the blue.
Just my thoughts
