Not sure I get the self inflicted part because Rodgers was basically let go. He took a step back with the Lions.
I can see why Foote would leave. He’s got Bowles calling plays so DC with Lions is a very positive move for him.
looks like a spring clean. Interested to see who we hire

Losing Rodgers and Foote would not be good but it would force a reset with the defensive coaching staff.
