Why was JP Peterson let go? I thought he was a pretty decent replacement for the Big Dog. But who knows what goes on behind the scene. Ron Diaz probably rules the roost around there and gets what he wants, and apparently he wanted to do the afternoon show with his old co-host. Peterson can be encouraged by the fact that Beckles was fired and is now back.
What I don't think is fair to Peterson is that he always had to operate under the pretense that he was just subbing for Big Dog, so he wasn't able to fully develop his own show. I doubt Ron and Ian will be under the same constraints, even though its not official that Big Dog is not returning.
Anybody have any knowledge of what happened there? Probably not, since apparently JP himself didn't have any.
