You guys aren't thinking long term enough. Sure we could bring a better coach in and win some games. But long term by leaving Greg as HC, we guarantee ourselves top 5 picks for the next 3 years. After that we'll be loaded with elite talent, we can then hire a good coach and pull a 49ers type turn around where they just needed a coach for all the talent they have.That Mark Dominik is a rockstar for sure!
