I like Josh McCown and hope he does well here, but let's be honest -- he is on his 8th NFL team for a reason. He's a journeymen QB.I just don't see how we do invest a premium draft pick in a QB this year. Maybe we trade down to get one, or maybe we take one in the 2nd round, but we have to take one. It's clear the coaching staff isn't a big fan of Mike Glennon.Lovie and Licht have played a pretty good hand of poker here -- they are throwing out as many names and links to the team as possible in the media to throw everyone off their trail. But I just don't see how we don't take a QB early this year.My ideal preference would be seeing us trade back in the first round to nail a good QB, and acquiring some much-needed picks in the process. Would love to see us trade Glennon for a pick, too. Or maybe we use him as ammo to trade up with someone.
