Bakers fumble didn’t help matters at all…but Bowles wet napkin defense couldn’t get off the field or create a single turnover..or punt for that matter. Let the commanders bleed the last 4+ mins off the clock and failed to properly utilize timeouts at the end(his M.O.). Washington ran 25 more plays and held the ball 11:00 more mins…but I guess that doesn’t fall on Bowles that literally calls every aspect of that side of the ball.
Defense played better than we all anticipated. Offense underperformed with a crucial turnover because of a STUPID Coen call and the reaction is to fire Bowles. You all are fucking clueless. Coen and his bullshit can get the fuck out of here and let someone else really run behind this OL with Bucky and Tucker
Coen will be hosting the Lombardi trophy as head coach and your dumbass will still be saying he's shit.
The Defense allowed long sustained drives and struggled mightily to get stops on third and fourth down.
Why is that? Because his defensive scheme is predictable.
Offense can't score points in the first half when the defense allows their offense to go 97 yards over 9 minutes for a TD.
Even when the defense made big plays the drive had already given up multiple conversions and eventual scores.
Bowles went slow death on defense and went hyper conservative on offense.
Modern NFL, you go for those 4th downs.
You typed all that bullshit instead of just admitting he should have run power, duo or tag with Tucker instead of a stupid jet sweep. I told you his dumbass was going to blow the season.
Offense stunk it up today and really hasn't been good for the last several weeks.
his clock management is like six years old … you watch that and can‘t believe it
I hope he’s gone
i doubt he is sadly
I doubt they make a change.

i support this message (well atleast the Bowles hate part, i still like Coen lol.) Offense shits the bed and performs Hellen keller like with 2 critical snaps and they want to fire Bowles? yeah i guess the execution would have been better with Coen lmao
Offense put up 20 points, 10 points less than what they have been averaging and quite frankly whats needed to win in this league. They didnt control time of possession but they had opportunities to perform better, no?
Defense "didnt force a punt" but had several critical turnover on downs and only gave up 23 points, 7 of which was gifted to Washington by Barton-Baker acid trip in the 4th quarter. Hell, they did what we expected them too
Don't get me wrong, our defense is ass and the team was carried by the offense this year....but we live and die by the offense and if anyone would have told you that the Bucs held Washington to 23 points last night, most would have expected a Bucs victory with us scoring in the 27-34 point range. Well, we didn't.
Regarding the Bowles forgot how to call plays on defense, this team lacks talent on defense. As fans who follow this team, how can you not see that?
Our first 2 draft picks should be edge and cornerback. No debating that point. so what does that say? Yeah fire Todd because Josh Hayes and Thunderfuck aren't NFL caliber...
We had to fix the offensive line. We had to retain our franchise QB. The team, smothered with dead cap space from the Brady era, had to focus on those needs and they did. Rightfully so. But i am sure Jason, Todd, and the Glazers knew....shit...we are vulnerable at edge and in the secondary.
Things will get better if we can address talent on that side of the ball
i do think Dean has to go. Makes too much money and he's worn out his welcome with missing his annual 5 games a year. Much like Davis, good player, but we maybe have to pull an "Eagles" and go two cornerbacks in the top 3 rounds.
Things will get better…
With this genius at HC, how could they not?
"He keeps getting out of the pocket to his left. To his, our left. His left. I mean, our left, his right."
Outstanding insight, Todd.
Defense played better than we all anticipated.
Tress Way thought this was hilarious.

Who is selecting, or at the very least approving, the defensive talent on the team? Does the guy who has been the DC for 6 seasons and HC for 3 seasons get to skate on that?
Offense was fine. It was 44 to like 66 in offensive snaps. Cant do much when they let them move the ball at will every single drive.
Needed to go for it on 4th and 2. All they needed was a FG to win it and they didn't force a punt the entire game. I'm tired of the playing for OT bullshit. Does Quinn go for it or kick that field goal? We know what the answer is.
Even with the poor defensive showing, the miscues on offense doomed them. The fumble, Bucky getting cute and not getting the first down, Barton snapping the ball early.
This was hurts because the Eagles are nothing special.
Antoine Winfield JR regression has been painful to watch. The amount of big plays and TD's he has given up because he is not in the right spot has been hard to come to terms with. Guy was suppose to be have inside help to Hayes on that 4th down TD conversion but was in the linebacker zone/area. Not sure why..But that was just one example of what's been happening ALL year long. Him and Whitehead just blowing assignments on the back end. The DB coach has got to be toast by next week. Those guys are way too smart of football players to be making the same mental mistakes over and over again. Bowles, will be fired at some point. This year, or the next - his time will come and when it does we won't miss him.

yeah disappointing year. Not saying it will happen with AWJ but we've seen this before with safety big contracts and disappearing.
If AWJ has another season or 2 like this, he wont see the end of the contract.
i think AWJ is too good for that to happen so 2025 should hopefully be a bounce back year

He does not, but it should be pretty easy to see that they have not restocked the talent . . . YET??
They've even LET GO of defensive Super Bowl guys for $ like Carlton Davis as an easy example. If they still have Davis OR REPLACE HIM WITH A COMPARABLE FA then when Dean goes down (as he always does) its McCollum on McLaurin, not HAYES lol
None of that means Bowles is a good coach, it just means that there is a REASONABLE alternative explanation for SOME of the defensive struggles and its the lack of talent/depth
Just watch Josh Hayes when he comes in for Dean

Yeah it was Tucker that would have won this game. Brilliant stuff
OR REPLACE [Davis] WITH A COMPARABLE FA
can everyone at least agree that the Bucs did NOT do this on defense and it was BECAUSE of $$$?
