This team is bad.. Really bad. The coaching is bad, the manager is bad, our organization is pretty much a mess at this point.While there are glimpses of talent and positivity, overwhelmingly the team has been inconsistent and extremely disappointing. I think it is absolutely absurd that anyone thinks Glennon is an NFL starter. We need to start off with a quarterback, offense line help, and a new coach (if we can find one who is an upgrade over Schiano, not that Schiano is anything close to a good (even decent) NFL HC, but the Bucs have fired before and been left in the dust… AKA how we found Schiano)The defense is decent, but the coaching must not be very good and the play calling is stupid. Wide open receivers, 3rd down conversions, etc….It is so frustrating being a Buccaneers fan !
What is it with everyone busting on Glennon? He was thrown into this mess as a 3rd round pick and put up respectable numbers. Yes, the guy looks like Napolean Dynamite, but he has some skills. This OL is probably the worst in football. We had no running game. The defense could never stop someone when it mattered. Do people expect the guy to come in and magically fix this shitty coaching staff, no receiving talent, cluster $($* of a team all by himself?

If you can't run the ball, cant pass the ball in the second half, cant rush the passer, and are among the league leaders in penalties, you don't win many games.Time to clean house top to bottom.
