This....but also will need to replace Nicks. I'm in agreement with others that believe he's done.

Yeah, I don't know why people think Zuttah would play better as a Guard.  Would he be better than Joseph?  Hell yeah, most would.  But Zuttah is a better Center than he is Guard. He's best as a back-up interior OL.

I'm Down with that. Zuttah is better suited as a Guard anyway.

The spending has to stop. You guys who were free agent happy got what you asked for and we threw away future cap room to go 11-21 the last 2 years. They're already going to have trouble re-signing McCoy and David while paying an actual Quarterback actual Quarterback money. $90.2M paid to Wright, Jackson, Nicks, Revis and Goldson already. If we didn't do sign those guys we would be $100M under the cap right now.

Dominik's spending was more reckless than Obama's. The notion by SR than Dominik left the Bucs in great cap room is absurd and couldn't be any further than the truth. He did the exact opposite and laid the ground for future cap hell if this team gets a QB that's worth big money.

I rather see the team draft a new center and right guard to be honest.  Re-sign Meredith and have Zuttah as the back up interior swing guy.  If Larsen sticks that is fine as a third stringer behind Zuttah.  Ask Joseph to take a pay cut and you have an OL that has depth finally.  As for left tackle I think lets see another season of what Dotson can do before they move him to the other side as well as how Penn responds.

The average 2014 cap value of the top 16 QBs is $17M. If we had a $17M QB we would be $7M OVER the cap with our two All-Pros coming up on extensions and everyone is still in spend spend spend mode. The party is over. Get ready for tier 3 and 4 free agents.

Yeah I don't get the great cap position angle.  That may have been true back in 2007 and 2008 but in current times that amount of cap space is gobbled up by single players (top 15 QB's or Revis haha).  If the Bucs want to land a decent pass rusher in free agency most of the cap space is going to be gobbled up.

Isn't the plan to get a QB that would rank somewhere between 1-16 in the NFL?

Zoot is strong as an ox in the weight room. He is very athletic for a 295-305ish guy. Not sure why his play is so "small"ish. Gotta be his skinny legs.
