performance is impacted by the line obviously but you run on1st down for more reasons then that downs performance obviously. Romo actually made that point today.
I understand that, but when you're practically the worst in the league at it; you shouldn't be in the top half in attempts.
As I've stated before, Grizz appears to be in over his head.
He's at best a mediocre play caller..he's not getting the best out of the players and ever since Baker stopped bailing him out in scramble drills (he had a scramble drill TD to Tez) with his legs the offense started to struggle.

I don't know that I agree and they are 6-3
the Pats 72 yds TD pass was PA 1st and 10 and if you watch Smith he is 100% sold on the run. Again, Romo even commented on it. The reason you stay committed to the run.
I think you just get better you don't give up on it especially when you're winning without your starting lineman
the offense started to struggle.
So the first drive of the Pats game is the opposite of what you describe. Even if you say "it's scripted" he created the script. So that would leave the other drives but when I watch them I see more execution issues than anything, something that seems natural with back ups, rotation of players etc.
certainly could be wrong but the run game against the Pats would say maybe not. Goedwke back.

First drive was excellent, well scripted and off balance.
Kudos for coming up with that with 2 weeks to prep.
Then we had 2 chances to go up 14-0 and Grizz dialed up some trash.
The offense struggled all game, even when it moved the ball is was super difficult and slow developing.
Unless Tucker emerges as a starting type back, White looks doubtful to return to Tampa in the off-season. So you have Bucky, who again, is an injury waiting to happen with more than 20 total touches a game. You good with Tucker and Irving?Tampa's #1 priority in the offseason is to find a true NFL running back
This has to be a schtick.
I wouldn’t necessarily use a first round pick on a RB but I would want to draft one in the first three rounds.
