Agreed. He should retire. And no other team is going to hand over the reins to their team/management the way NYJ did this season, for obvious reasons.
Though, just how funny would it be if Woody doubled down on Rodgers and brought him back next season? And that's not even that crazy a possibility, given Woody's decisions the last couple seasons.
