This one will be pretty short.
Chiefs win if their defense continues to play like they have over the last year and a half. It has been one of the most consistent defenses week in and week. Spags is a defensive wizard and is able to throw multiple schemes at an offense. They will slow down Coen’s offense from continuing their high scoring output. Both the rushing and passing games of the Bucs will have some frustrations tonight.
Bucs Offense won’t win, but they will battle and put up some points. Just not as many as will be needed. Bucs will try to slow the game down with their running game, but it will also slow the offense down from keeping up with the Chiefs scoring. Baker will get some yards in the second half, but there will be a pick or two, because he will have to take some chances.
Chiefs win and their offense will wake up tonight. Coach Reid will forever put it on the Bucs for their embarrassing Super Bowl loss, and Bowles won’t be able to do anything about it. Blitz, and Mahomes will slice us up like the last 2 times we’ve played them since the SB. Sit back, and we won’t put enough pressure on him to make a difference.
Bucs Defense… lets not kid ourselves. We lose. Chiefs 38, Bucs 20
Bucs win if Tucker gets 20 touches
@jc5100 - heck no. I like Tucker too, but he’s not the next coming of Barry Sanders. Bucky is pretty damn good himself. Our problem isn’t moving the ball and scoring. It’s stopping offenses.
This is a get right game for KC. The talking heads will debate whether the Chiefs can go undefeated after tonight’s showing

this
Chiefs win with a heavy dose of Kelce.
Bucs win if the Chiefs win if a deadly fast-moving virus sweeps through the Chiefs locker room, and everyone is puking all over the place before the game and half the team is rushed to the hospital (including Mahomes and Kelce) while the other half is in shock. On the Bucs side, only KJ Britt gets it.
Bucs Defense… lets not kid ourselves
We have Josh Hayes starting opposite McCollum. Thats a 6th rounder who is our gunner on punt team.
He played nickel/safety in his last college stop but could not beat out Izien for the nickel role with the Bucs
Who knows? May be a "local kid done good" story (Lakeland), but what a way to start MNF and Mahomes and Reid
@bucsbits - totally agree. He was graded out as an undrafted FA safety before the draft. I had no clue what we were trying to do with that pick. And now he’s going to start at outside corner??? Crazy.
Win the turnover battle.
Our DL takes over the game and our offense doesn't lose the game for us
@detrimental - the last time our DL took over a game was our Super Bowl.
For real, Bucs can win because the Chiefs don't have a dominating offense and don't have great WRs. So if they can get pressure on Mahomes and hope for a couple INTs when he's trying to throw to WRs who he's not clicking with. So running the ball and having a good time of possession and......
Any Given Sunday is a real thing in the NFL!

Looks like they’re going to ice Tucker again and let Baker throw picks all over the place

I should’ve added “and Britt at LB”
lol
great effort on both sides. Even ST with a little spark
