NFL Coaches Hot Seat: Jim Tomsula, Chip Kelly and Bill O'Brien join the listNate Davis    USA Today Sports  October 27, 2015Hot%20Seat_Zpsayhmldbx.jpg(Photo: ASSOCIATED PRESS) As the temperatures cool this fall, speculation about NFL coaches on the hot seat warms up. Here is our weekly ranking of coaches in most danger of losing their jobs:1. Chuck Pagano, Indianapolis Colts: Things are unwinding quickly in Indy, from the front office to the field, where Pagano is already a lame duck. Owner Jim Irsay may hit the reset button if his team, a preseason Super Bowl favorite, continues to underachieve.  Last week: 42. Jim Caldwell, Detroit Lions: Desperate times – you know what happens. Caldwell has already started unloading assistants in an effort to salvage this disaster. Last week: 33. Lovie Smith, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: His acumen as a defensive coach is a major reason the Bucs hired Smith. But if his D can't hold a 24-0 lead against Kirk Cousins, why is he there? Last week: 74. Gus Bradley, Jacksonville Jaguars: What a difference a win makes, even one pulled out in the final minutes after your team coughed up a 27-3 advantage in front of the "home" fans at Wembley. Last week: 15. Jim Tomsula, San Francisco 49ers: If he's supposed to turn this team around, Tomsula's beginning to look as overmatched as the Niners were against previously struggling Seattle. Last week: Not ranked6. Chip Kelly, Philadelphia Eagles: The return-to-college rumors will grow with each loss. We don't think owner Jeffrey Lurie will fire him but Kelly might find his own exit door. Last week: Not ranked7. Bill O'Brien, Houston Texans: He's only midway through Year 2, and injuries to Arian Foster and lack of quarterback talent aren’t his fault. But when one of your players fails to show up for the team charter, and your team fails to show up in the first half, it's obvious there are some serious issues. Last week: Not rankedDropped out (for now): Andy Reid, Kansas City Chiefs; Jay Gruden, Washington Redskins; Ken Whisenhunt, Tennessee TitansFollow Nate Davis on Twitter@ByNateDavis
