What about Rex Ryan?

What about Rex Ryan as a HC? He’s actually 3 years younger than Koetter and 11 months younger than Ron Rivera. He is a no-nonsense coach that would bring accountability, confidence and swagger to this team. He would probably want full control over the roster, and perhaps we could retain our capologist to help him with contracts?

I also think we should consider a college OC to coach Winston. Winston’s strengths are rollouts and misdirection plays. He is the top rated passer in the NFL when he is outside of the pocket. Why not design an offense to his strengths?
