Disclaimer: Don't blame injuries...yes, they hurt, but all teams go through them.
But to lose at home to a 2-10 squad in a divisional game with 1st place on the line, is totally unacceptable.
For too many weeks now, Bowles' defense has looked totally lost, while Baker is doing his darndest to "rally the troops". Bowles' schemes are antiquated and easily deciphered by the opposition. How the opponents' WR's are always open is mind boggling.
Enough of the short rant....House-cleaning at the coaching level is necessary. Too much talent on this roster with a few that need to go bye-bye.
Carolina is going to win the division.....with a former TB OC.
this was the worst loss in Todd Bowles' Buccaneers head coaching career
one that could end him.
This prime time Thursday game is for all the marbles. It will be telling as Atlanta has lost 7 of 8 games but also a must win for the Bucs.
Bucs need to win in order to get a tie breaker advantage over Carolina assuming a split.
they could backdoor their way in if the Saints manage to sweep the Panthers but a loss to the Falcons and what are we even talking about. Let's hope they dont take them lightly like they did the Saints. Need to see Evans and Wirfs out there....no rest
...and in the grand scheme of things, yesterday was an eye opener that this team isn't going anywhere
Progress is not being achieved and i am questioning whether Baker is the answer
so yeah.....think that's a telling sign we need a change in coaching staff.
it's going to take a playoff win for me to change my mind and does anyone seeing the Bucs beating the Rams or Seahawks in that first round match-up. Don't tell me about that fluke win in Seattle either. That team may as well have been a dream. They will not achieve that level again this year.
We got outwilled yesterday, and probably Monday-Saturday to lose how we did sunday. Thats through film study and execution Dont get outwilled and that starts with captains and leaders.
Also when the qbs wanna find out if its zone/man shough just identified the cushion the corners played with, he consistently looked over to the corners to find out if zone/man with a lilttle motion. Just a self scout tell we have, it was too easy for him to identify
