What ever happened to thread selling being a ban-able offense?

Too many on here not clearly stating the purpose of their thread, in the title of their thread. This used to be grounds for deportation from the boards. Is it still?Ex.Is it me....I dare anyone...My apologies...You know what...You guys...For all you Bucs fans...Can we please state the subject of your post in the thread title? It'll save some of us time and it is proper etiquette.
