Bad news for us fans: the Bucs aren't winning this game. They are still getting the crap up front sorted out on offense, and the defense is completely decimated. The Bucs are one of those teams that could not afford to lose players at key positions, the depth was concerning. And now a mere two games in, we are about to get a team that is outmatched athletically AND out coached as a result of conservative play calling. The kind I told you all will give you strokes, a use drugs, start drinking, pull your teeth out, watch your hair fall out, watch your insides twist in rage as a result of the maddening conservative known as Lovie Smith. Just knew it. However...I'm a fan of his. I think in time he will get the ship turned around. This is a different case. So much turnover and odd circumstance...health related stuff from the coordinator to the best defender we have. I think in time it will get fixed. Lovie isn't showing his emotions because he knows things will change and then those same looks will be construed as confident, rather than indifferent. This game is too much offense at their loud as hell stadium, and too little offense from a discombobulated Tampa offense. Not trusting the guy you are supposed to trust is bad buianess. If that is the path Lovie is going, he needs to put MG in. MCCown will have a better game. His best yet. But it will not be enough. Atlanta will control the clock, extend drives with ease, and score at the end of most drives. I expect Atlanta to score 28. Bucs might out up 20. But the game won't feel close.
