Bucs have to be realistic about his play and not be blinded by the team's success. What he did on Cam's run was proof he's never going to do the little things to be a successful Mike.
Jets were in this situation with Jamal Adams a couple years ago. He was a huge disappointment because he couldn't play like an elite safety but had unique traits that another team would covet. White will never be an elite Mike but he does have traits.
Jets were able to recover from the bad pick and got....
