What should the Pats punishment be?

I'm thinking the Belichick and Brady should be forced to sit out a year, Greg Schiano should be named head coach and then he should be forced to trade the Bucs the Pats #1 next year in exchange for Mike Glennon as a way to make up for the Blount and Talib trade scams he pulled here in Tampa.
