"The Buccaneers are on a two-game winning streak fueled by the return of receiver Mike Evans and rookie running back Bucky Irving.
Irving has opened up an explosive rushing attack for Tampa Bay as he recorded his first 150+ rushing yard game in the team's overtime win against the Carolina Panthers, earning him a nomination alongsideRaiders tight end Brock Bowers for Rookie of the Week. Over the team's past two games, Irving has totaled 337 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns. His 150+ scrimmage yards in back-to-back games made him the first rookie to do so since Miles Sanders in 2019."
"Evans returned to the lineup two weeks ago after missing three games with a hamstring injury and immediately was back to making an impact. The Panthers struggled to contain him in Week 13 as he posted a season-high 118 receiving yards and a one-handed touchdown grab on eight catches. The Buccaneers are 6-3 this season when Evans is active and 6-1 in games in which he has five-plus targets this season."

Brock Bowers will be my fantasy TE this week. 😀
thats a good play against this defense.
Last Sunday was the first time I saw him play. He's an impressive rookie. He was very good in college also.
same. I agree hes impressive and a problem for the Bucs
I'm going against Barkley vs Panthers and Bowers against Tampa.
Get the lube ready... I'm about to get fucked.

another wildcard
"After releasing both 2022 fourth-round pick Jake Camarda as well as his replacement Trenton Gill, the Bucs are set to try out their third punter of the season this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Rookie Jack Browning, out of San Diego State, will be making his NFL debut. And there is quite a bit to like about the former Aztec."
Mayfield in playoff mode
"Our mentality right now is that we’re in playoff mode,” Mayfield said. “We have to win out to get in and just see what happens. It’s a one-game-at-a-time mentality, much like last year and we’re going to continue to say it.”
Being atop the division would not hurt though. Wins only help the Bucs’ path to controlling their destiny.
“Yeah, I mean obviously, we’d like to have a better record than we do now but we’re still saying that we control our own destiny,” Mayfield added. “Outside factors right now don’t really matter if we don’t take care of business. It’s got to be, ‘How do we win this game?’ And it’s got to be like that every week on out.”
Bowers is going for 125 and a tuddy. He’s going to be wide open all day in our soft zone.
