Licht and Arians are not interested in competing for a real shot at the Superbowl, their goals are clear. 8-8 and nothing more. The signings of 1 year deals are a push to make it look they want to win, but they don't. Licht very specifically can't afford a complete rebuild (which is what this team needs) and would rather live in football purgatory. Hopefully these guys are out quick and a real rebuild can begin.
