Yep im going to call out gerald. Each year including the last weve heard him talk about him changing not doing enough. While he is talented theres a bigger issue. His mindset. He has led himself into the sense of complacent behavior instead of dominance and demanding others to be dominant around him. I think gerald works hard etc. He impeesses the coaches....someone needs to push him. And i mean push him as if hes a nobody, that hes accomplished jack shit bc in reality his pro bowls mean jack shit. This team is losing. Demand that he learns to take games over, make plays when its time to close. Get him to play angry. The only way to take him to a new level is find a coach who is willing to ruffle his feathers, not tell him what he wants to hear. When hes laughing and smiling in practice to get in his face and tell him your 5 and 11 with not one play off game. Do u want to smile or be in the playoffs. Fun will happen when u win. Someone has to shake this man to the core, our whole defense as a unit. I think most of us are sick of the same promises, lines, and results. Its time to change things here.
