What would you rather have, one more bad year or start winning now?

Okay fellow Buccaneers, just curious what the majority of Bucs fans would rather have. I'm the type of fan that once I can see that the season isn't going anywhere. I'd rather lose games and get better draft picks because what is the sense of meaningnless wins when it could cost you the future (like Winston). However it has been so long since we have had any success here with this team that I really just wants something to cheer about. So what would be better? Let's say an 8-8 season, which would obviously be a huge jump from last years record. Or one more crappy year, a top 4 pick and a stud like Joey Bosa to put next to Gerald McCoy?
