I keep hearing he’s missing practice but haven’t seen an injury reported.
If Kancey is a head case - then we’re in one interesting predicament.
Maybe I misheard, but I thought someone in the media mention it was more behavioral, than physical ?
If that's what happened I think you're stretching that to turn a possible "coaching moment" into "head case". The "head case" is now playing linebacker in Philly. It takes much more than a brief benching to earn that term.If Kancey is a head case - then we’re in one interesting predicament.

@catherder I’m not stretching anything - just repeating what I heard. A coaching moment, would be due to behavioral issues, not a physical limitation.
My if statement was based on the “shrink” reply from someone else.
Could be that the coach is seeing some behavioral issues related to a conceptual misunderstanding that holding Kancey out of a critical period of work, had to be applied.
Kancey He missed some significant reps, so he’s getting some tough love from Bowles. We need Kancey to respond to whatever lesson Bowles thinks he needs, quickly.
No, I watched too many Bucs updates this week. Seems like it was a response by Bowles to a question as to the reason for Kancey being held out of field work being related to injury.
I can find NOTHING on it now, so it’s just hearsay.
No worries. Thanks.
I was wondering if he had some non-football thing like Covid. Who knows?
There's also the fact that Kancey got injured last preseason, and Bowles will probably sit him out if he has a sore hangnail.I can find NOTHING on it now, so it’s just hearsay.
@catherder could be, I know I heard it on a video, but it was likely conjecture since it would have been a bigger issue.
Need Kancey to take that next step, and we do NOT want him to be slowed by injury entering his second season, too.
Could also be a smoke screen by Bowles, maybe he knows what he’s got and wants to keep his powder dry?
Its still pre-season, I can hope!
