I came across an interesting podcast from WhatTheBuc.net that includes host Derek Fournier and features guest co-hosts Mark Cook & Steve White. At about the 20:30 mark Fournier and Cook start talking about contracts and eventually start talking about who is actually in charge of structuring and writing clauses into players' contracts.
