When did Jameis Lose the Team?

I rarely post, but if you have read any of my prior posts you will recognize I've been a Winston supporter. Still want him to succeed, but recognize that he will not likely do so here absent a significant change in circumstances.

Aside from the turnovers, his biggest obstacle seems to be that he's lost the team. IMO, the fact that he was not voted captain was actually a far bigger story than was reported since it showed that his teammates no longer saw him as the leader.

My question is this: when do you think he lost the team, and why?

Was it the suspension? Eating "W's?" Poor play? Historic play by Fitz?

IMO,this is the biggest evidence that his time in Tampa is done. When did the implosion occur?
