Right now Koenen is an affordable luxury.....kind of like Revis. The Bucs still have plenty of wiggle room with the cap but if they end up with cap problems down the road, Koenen would be the first guy to walk the plank....

As far as cutting Mike Glennon, as Mayhem alluded to, well that does very little for us. I don't see why some people think its such a great idea for us to outright cut Mike Glennon. Its like people discount the shortcomings of some of our other players (like Revis and our D-line) because of the coaching or the scheme, yet place all of our offensive woes on Glennon's shoulders. Why is that? Who knows? Maybe they are having trouble disassociating Glennon from College.And I'm not saying we should just hand the job over to him, but I don't see what's wrong with bringing in a veteran (like Josh McCown), or a mid-late round draft pick (like Garroppolo or AJ McCarron) then having the newcomer battle it out with the incumbent. In either instance, BOTH QBs would be eating almost none of the salary cap and, as history has shown us, either could breakout into a QB that is more than capable of starting at the NFL level. This is the deepest draft in a long time with a very poor crop of QBs. So, why wouldn't we trade down and seize the chance to solidify the rest of our roster? That seems like a much more logical approach than spending a bunch of draft picks to trade up for some QB who brings more question marks than solutions to our table.

Penn should be cut, Joseph cut/restructured. Frees up a fair amount of space right there. I feel the offensive linemen more than anyone are on the hot seat. Lovie made a point of saying that some guys were not earning their paychecks there. Penn and Joseph come to mind. Nicks is safe as far as I can tell.
I think everyone, except McCoy, Revis, David, Barron, Dotson are on the hot seat. If you are making big money, you move to the top of the list. If the Bucs can get picks for you, you are solid gold and on the first bus out of Tampa. If I am Lovie/Licht, I am cutting to the bone. This roster is a 4- 12 roster, period. That get's you fired. The fans will not put up with this crap forever, what between Raheem and Schiano, so Lovie/Licht get one BIG swing of the bat year one. They will trim the payroll massively, trade down for multiple picks, sign a boat load of vet free agents and get Lovie Ball underway. This franchise requires major surgery and I expect RADICAL change, as the last two regimes have been a HUGE disappointment Lovie, get to cuttinn'
