I don't thing "hot seat" just means cut, but losing your starting gig. Hottest seat is a tossup between Glennon and Joseph. Good chance neither of them starts next year. Joseph can and should be cut. He's just not even close to being decent. I think we'll draft a QB to replace Glennon in the first. I think that will prove to be a mistake, as the only QBs I see as having good odds are going to be gone before us, and the wise thing would be to wait until later, but I think the new regime is going to do the traditional QB reach. Penn isn't going anywhere this year unless we draft a tackle at 7 instead. Even then it's iffy. Williams is being a tool, but he's not likely gone unless we can trade him, and his actions make that hard. Bowers wasn't even a starter so I'm not sure why he was on this list, but his fate is in his hands, he'll make it to camp. Foster is fine and will probably start this year. He's not great, but he's not a hole to be filled.
