Both HCs our defensive guys with lots of NFL experience. Lovie obviously has more since he's been a HC but Zimmer's schemes might be preferred. One OC has been calling plays in this league since the 80s and is about as respected in that capacity as anyone. The other has no NFL experience. One team took a chance on one of the better QB prospects in this last draft. One signed McCown to be our starter for two years.
