I will submit these as strong possibilities:
The Raiders - I can't imagine a franchise that is in worse shape, post new coaching hire, that the Raiders. I love Carr but think him and Gruden are a horrible match. They let Crabtree go and replaced him with a rookie, shittier version of Crabtree. So many questionable draft moves. Could be a long first year for Gruden.
The Bills - I like McDermott in Buffalo but feel like they are in too much of a transition. My gut tells me Josh A is going to be a bust. Good, not great draft outside of #1. Once things go south in Buffalo, they tend to really go south. Lots of Noles on this team, so I root for them, but 2018 could be rough.
