The Arians to Bowles transition had nothing to do with the Glazers. Like, it was basically an Arians decision that was carried out by the Glazers. So for the first time in a minute, we have a real coaching search. I don’t love the candidates out there many are mentioning. Joe Brady and Todd Monken seem to be the most talked about but both don’t really move the needle for me. Brady has had Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson in Baton Rouge and playground master, Josh Allen in the pros. Monken is a classic (pretty good OC but a nothing burger personality wise)Also, fuck the Gruden discussion. It’s not happening. I really don’t want a “defensive minded” head coach except maybe Tomlin What say you?

for retreads, I rather have John harbaugh and Todd monken duo here but ultimately we should go with klint kubiak
