Who should be the next Head Coach of the Bucs if Dirk Koetter is fired?

Its very likely that Dirk Koetter is going to be fired at the end of the 2018 season, so my question is this: who should be the next Head Coach of the Bucs? My #1 choice would be the Defensive Coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles Jim Schwartz. In fact, the Bucs should wait on Schwartz since the Eagles will probably be back in the Superbowl again. The only success the Bucs had was when they had the #1 defense in the NFL, and they need to get back to that.
