Who should replace Jamesis Winston after the Bucs cut or trade him?

I think it's a foregone conclusion that the Bucs are looking to cut or trade Jamesis Winston prior to the start of the 2018 season. My question is who can they get to replace him, or will Ryan Fitzpatrick be promoted to starting QB? Please let me know your thoughts.
