Who should replace Jason Licht after he's fired at the end of the 2018 season?

After another losing season there's no doubt that GM Jason Licht is going to get fired, along with Dirk Koetter, so my question is who will the Bucs replace him with? The Bucs could go after Howie Roseman from the Eagles, because he has a proven track record of winning. Or maybe Brian Gaine from the Texans.
My choice would be making an offer to Tony Dungy and giving him the title of President, instead of simply a General Manager. Also pay him a lot of money to make it worth it for him. I am confident he would make the correct hiring and firing decisions for the Bucs, because all of those decisions have been wrong for a long time now.
