The Gholston Hate stems from the feelings many had about him on draft day. They would rather be right than have what is best for the team (Gholston success)

I don't think anyone is feeling that way. The truth is he hasn't done much of anything. He had one solid game and a lot of people went overboard on the hype. I don't think he's anything until, he proves himself though. That said, I would rather role with him as depth than Bowers. At least with Gholston he is an unknown with potential. Bowers has proven himself to be a lazy slug and football is not his #1 priority. I'm over that kid.
Gholston doubt doesn't equal Gholston hate. It almost seems like we are seeing the same thing with him, that we saw with Aaron Morgan at the end of last year. There were even those who suggested that we shouldn't have gone after a DE this past offseason because we shouldn't take snaps from Morgan and DTN. Gholston showed a little bit of promise/potential, and hopefully he can develop into a quality rotational #3 DE...but that looks like it will be his ceiling, until he proves otherwise.
those benefiting the least will be the Rutgers Alum on this roster
Everyone on defense will benefit from Lovie and Frazier. The O-line and TEs will benefit from Sparano...if that rumor is true. The QBs should benefit from Tedford.....although I'm not sure what Marcus Arroyo brings to the table. Tim Spencer did a good job with Matt Forte in Chicago, but I don't think he is any better than Byner. I'd say the group that will benefit the least is the WRs. Especially if the Lane Kiffin rumors are true. I wish we could have PJ Fleck back. That guy was a great WR coach.
the most = defensethe least = kickoff return guy
