Why do organizations continue to hire Tampa-2/Cover-2 coaches?

I have absolutely no idea why, in 2014, that teams continue to hire and employ bozo the clowns who are insistent on running that pathetic, outdated system. How many Tampa-2 teams are needed to be battered every year for organizations to realize that the scheme sucks and cannot be exclusively run in this day in age in the NFL.
