Why do we never get offense of holding calls in our favor

The refereeing this season hasn’t been that bad except in the area of offense of holding. We never get it called year after year. Would love to see a staff breakdown on how often it gets called against us vs in our favor. That 3rd and 7 conversion a few plays before Eli ran it in, we ran double A gap blitz and the LB had the guard beat in a second but was held for two seconds with his back turned to sideline as he couldn’t break free from held jersey. Would have been right in QB face with pressure or sack if not held on jersey.
