Way back when Glazers promoted Raheem to hc ...(and his defense was consistently giving up 48 pts by half)... I created a post that the Bucs would not have a winning team for another 10 years. Everyone came at me hard saying in todays NFL teams go from worst to first all the time (which is correct as the Rams, 49ers, Titans, Browns, etc have all made a turnaround while the Bucs continue to suck).
However I saw an entire organization who had utterly no disipline, zero fight(dog), lacking courage, lacking resilience, poor football iq, lousey techniques (even a high schooler tackled better) and very poor attitude (McCoy dancing on the sidelines while were losing 40-0).
Fast forward to present day. The GM has missed on every single one of his 2nd rounders (Rojo?). Now that OJ Howard and Hargreaves are provern disasters....his #1's arent looking so good either. Aside from a couple 3rd rounders and a few 1st's he has delivered to Tampa a dumpster fire that cannot be put out. Lines are rarely addressed by him except in the fifth and sixth...yet this clown is always drueling over the skill positions (how many 2nd and 3rd round wr's, rb's, and kickers). A complete bust on every single draft. Loser.
So now we need to draft an entire O-line (except for maybe 1) a shutdown corner, dline, lb, a safety, a slot, and a qb. By the time this buster hits on any of those picks many current players will either be too old(slow) injured or retired. A never ending cycle of ineptitude brought to you by the owners of the losingest franchise in all of professional sports.
