Why is there problems getting a good head coach these days?

Cause some of the best talent is sitting on the sidelines - Jon Gruden, Bill Cowher, even Jimmy Johnson. Why are they sitting it out?  Because they don't feel like dealing with the media, the owners and so on and so forth; shoot, they don't feel like dealing with the players!
