Why not give Winston the transitional tag.

If I were to tag Winston, I would slap the transitional tag on him. This tag will cost about 21 million to do so. Saving the Bucs about 6 million, enough to bring in a couple free agents or re-sign one of our own. This also gives a first right of refusal. If Winston accept a contract from another team we have first right of refusal. We can match it or we can let him go. This way Winston can find out what his market value is.
