I would say that the reason the OL sucks is because the Bucs don't ever address the OL in the draft. Just in the past draft the Bucs had needs on the OL but didn't address them until the fifth round. Before that the Bucs didn't draft any offensive lineman in 2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010. The last time the Bucs drafted a OL before 2014 was in 2009 in the fifth round with Xavier Fulton. The Bucs really haven't used high draft picks on Offensive Lineman since Gruden was here.That may be part of the problem.
