Why was Huff returning kickoffs?

This guy just looks at the oncoming players and forgets to field the ball and makes horrid decisions and does not run with purpose.

Awful. Awful. Awful.

That's just absurd that the special teams coach thought he should keep that job after the first half. Is he blind ?
